This allows you to run after school, evening, and weekend programmes in the sport you are most passionate about. This also allows you to target people who want to reach their potential within a sport, offering you a good challenge as a coach to help players reach the highest levels they can.
Finally, we have our community programmes which are delivered in a variety of sports, these include out tots, toddlers and holiday camps. These are delivered in a variety of sports and are fun based sessions that embrace given people the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports in a fun and safe environment.
What support do you get for these 3 areas? You will be supported with marketing, registrations, session plans, structure of the sessions, networking ideas as well as support in delivering the sessions so they are appropriate for the audience. Each area is run differently to suit the skill sets of the coaches and the needs of the people attending the sessions.
When I speak with coaches who want to take on a franchise, they are typically very confident in their delivery and coaching of the sessions.
